Shipping

Delivery of your order will be provided either by the French postal service or another or by a carrier.

Shipping rates will be calculated depending on the nature of the item, its weight and the delivery address. They include real shipping costs as well as packaging and may vary based on rates negotiated with our suppliers.

We have many years experience in sending ceramics and regularly ship pieces Internationally. We pride ourselves in packaging our items very securely and this combined with our no quibble returns policy means you can buy with confidence. Each item will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a first cardboard box; this is then placed into a second cardboard box. We. All packages are insured against damage or loss. In cases of buyer’s remorse, we will refund the purchase price upon the return of the goods, but regret that we cannot refund shipping costs.

Items are dispatched as quickly as possible and we guarantee to ship your order within a maximum of 5 working days after your order and / or receipt of payment [see Payment terms] has been registered. Once shipped, we will provide the tracking number of your package.

Privacy: We will never share any of your personal information, details of your purchase or your email address with any third party.

Guarantees

Patrick Wilson Antiques guarantees that the items they sell are authenticated, appraised and described accurately. Every piece is rigorously inspected. Any damage, visible wear, irregularities or restoration will be noted on the item description, and prospective clients are invited to request condition reports and large-scale images via email. Clients are guaranteed that they are purchasing items that are genuine, and in the condition described. In case of problems, the object will be refunded after if proven not to be authentic.

Our reputation is extremely important to us and therefore we are continually striving to improve the quality of our service. We want our customers to become repeat customers and therefore we make every effort to ensure satisfaction.

Patrick Wilson has been collecting pottery for over thirty years, over which time he has amassed an expertise specialising in French Art Nouveau and Art Deco ceramics. We also try to pick the best examples of an artist’s work.

Payment

Prices

All prices for items sold by Patrick Wilson Antiques are in Euros and include all taxes. They take into account French VAT and any discounts agreed prior to purchase.

Prices of items are exclusive of shipping costs (postage and packaging) and exclude any customs fees.

The amount of delivery charges will be specified before confirming the order, depending on the nature of the object, its weight and the delivery address.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

However, a price cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed.

Terms of Payment

Patrick Wilson Antiques accepts the following online payments for the finalisation of orders.

–       By bank transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact me so that I can send you my bank details. Your order will be shipped once the payment has been credited to my bank account.

–       Using Paypal. If you wish to pay by Paypal please contact me so that I can send you my Paypal details. Your order will be shipped once the payment has been credited to my Paypal account.

–       By check or money order: Your order will be shipped once your payment has been credited to my bank account. Please make checks and money orders payable to Patrick Wilson Antiques SAS.

Certification

Patrick Wilson has graduated from a Master in Art program taught by Drouot Formation enabling him to become a “Specialist Consultant of the Art Market” from this organisation.

Return Policy

 In compliance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 days to return, at their expense, items that do not suit him. This period starts from the date of delivery of the order to the consumer.

All returns must be reported to Patrick Wilson Antiques, either by email or by phone before they are shipped back to us. The cost of returning objects plus the initial shipping costs are at the expense of the consumer. A full refund will be made to your account once we have received the returned item. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods sent with cash on delivery.

When returning a purchased item, please make sure it is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit and insured covering the value for loss or breakage. Information regarding the shipment must be reported to the company by the consumer.
